Bigger Is Better...

In 2023, the Rotary Club of Lansing awarded Peace Sisters with a $5k grant to double the size of our Computer Lab and improve the internet quality. We've already seen impact from this investment!

Access to the internet can be a crucial barrier to entry for opportunities that are only published online. We saw proof of concept regarding the need for computer access in the story we shared last spring about Aïda, a university student, who was able to speak at the Africa Girls & Women Summit in Lomé after discovering an opportunity and applying for it online. And we are committed to building off this initial success.

We are so grateful for the support of Lansing Rotary in helping us to improve this vital resource for the Peace Girls in Dapaong.
